How can you do these things so fast and easyyy?

Its not a fast process actually cause he has to get detail and texture and make sure it fits his character so it can take up to one or two days to make or a couple hours depending on if he is making a full version of a character and or if he is just making the shoes...

I know, the same has to do with the animations. I do animations and it takes a very long time and hard work. I have uploaded just two videos I made. The rest, are ready, but not with the right models, and this guy have the best on internet
