Myself, along with many others, really like your Dr. Octavious. His face is just so innocent. It really makes his transformation into Doc Ock all the more tragic.
You gave Shocker a much needed overhaul. The suit looks 100% better. The gauntlets in particular are a nice touch. You even managed to make his trademark "quilted" pattern look good.
Not much to say about Sandman. He's not really different. That's not a bad thing, though. He never really needed changing in the first place. He's got a good look.

Im really digging your Doc Ock concept, hes always been my favorite spider-man villain. I also noticed that suddle grain you threw on sandman for his sand texture, nice touch. ^^

You made the Shocker look totally awesome. He's my favorite Spider-Man villain and he kicked major ass in his episode in the series. I'm also glad you based this off his regular look and not his Ultimate one, but dare I say this is his best look yet?

I really dig your character designs. So smooth...and good color, too! I also like the colored outlines, as opposed to thick black ones. Reminds me of the Lion King a bit in that way...your designs really tailor themselves to animation ^^
