This is, hands down, the GREATEST Electro interpretation ever, I daresay greater than Ditko himself. The Vulture looks far more menacing than his comic book counterpart, and the lizard is just bursting with power and exudes fear, and his sharp facoal features work fantastically. A trio of the best designs for the greatest Spider-Man cartoon ever (maybe the greatest overall Spider-Man MEDIA ever, comics included).

Where to start with these three.
The Lizard has a great head. It just works. You did a really good job at balancing his proportions. You didn't make him just a lizard guy, or a giant hulking monster. He actually has the proportions of a lizard. I really like that.
I really like Electro. The suit is a big improvement. It might seem a little odd, but I really like the tubes. It's a constant reminder that he's wearing a containment suit, not a costume.
I love your Vulture. It's probably my favorite villain you've redesigned so far. You pretty much got rid of everything I disliked about the previous versions of the character. I'm REALLY glad you dropped the green. It just never fit the character. The feet talons were also a nice touch. I'm not sure if it was part of your concept or not, but I love that they're actually functional.
