the tattoos, eyes, and facepaint really make me wonder bout this character. especially the mix of African warrior, and sorta futuristic clothes in the two designs. very nice man

I like the design, but I just think it's a little cliche to have a black character that doubles as some sort of African witch doctor type character. Don't get me wrong though, I do like the work.

Really liking this mate. Out of the two, I prefer the green sash costume, rather than the red. Not sure why. Liking the circular tattoos as well. Is he for a different project from Bastion 7?

Out of the two more african looking get ups I like the red one better, don't really like the dangly things on his head on the green one so much. I like how his nose and some fo those patterns look all animal-ish

It looks like a very interesting bird-mask type tatoo, almost... I hate to sound even the slightest bit racist or anything (and I'm not intending to be!) but I think black people are beautiful... I love the colour brown, and you used the colours really well <3 I can nearly feel the character... If I were able to use it, I'd already have something planned inside my head- so lifelike, it is

i meant fo this one!!! but, if you dont mind me saying...i do think that often times you use the "same" body type, but that might not be sooo bad for the comics...as for other projects(other than comics) you might consider pushing it a bit...GREAT stuff though!! like allways

i think its really nice to be divers and able to pull off different styles because it gives you more job openings, but if you have suck a slick style like yours ( and many other artists like jasen strong and ummmmm stephen silver etc) then youll be successful either way.. a great example of an artist that is divers is wendling, holty craziness she knows whats up.

Nice, very. I'm lovin' the civvie look especially. As for the "costumed hero" look, I honestly prefer the rd. Suits him better, in terms of color scheme. And while the green is nicely complementary, it's not a particularly... aggressive look, if that makes any sense.
ANd it's probably just me, as usual, but is his left arm a little extra-long in comparison to the rest of him?

Hmm... yeah, more I look at it, I like the first costume best. He's tattooed, and they're neat tattoos, and the second costume hides them. And... those antenae thingies are really weird. Especially in tandem with the kitty eyes.
SO total design-wise, my vote's for costume no. 1.
