This is the My Little Pony: Keepsake Musical Jewellery Box. The box features the ponies (but no Twilight Sparkle, or Applejack though) on it. And for some reason, Fluttershy is now an earth-pony. Inside, there is a miniature Pinkie Pie that spins around when the jewellery box music plays.Here is the other side of this jewellery box: [link]

I think Fluttershy is an earth pony here couse originally she was planned to be wing-less, but Pinkie had to be a pegasus, but Lauren Faust swapped their races, but some toys and pictures already contained wing-less Fluttershy.

Well, in the cartoon, Fluttershy does live on the ground. I think she'd rather walk around on the ground (like an earth-pony), but often flies around because it's more convenient for her. She is a pretty skilled flyer though.

I'm pretty sure you could remove her if you really wanted too, but I don't think you'd be able to put her back. There is the Surprise Bag Pinkie Pie (this has the same pose, and is roughly the same size) which is pretty easy to find, and is cheaper too.
