By the way, what's so moe about her by the way? People keep saying characters act moe, but they act similiar ti the girl I seen in non moe anime. I just never get that.

As for the moe, first of all what you said is true. When I see something cute, I also don't think the term moe. Also, from what a website called β€œWikipedia” said, moe is a Japanese slang word that originally refers to a strong interest in particular types of characters in anime, manga, and video games. As for what I said earlier, it's just sometimes when I read people's comments (including the people who do official anime magazines, like the magazine called "Otaku USA" and official anime websites like "Anime News Network") about the moe topic they tend to mention how the characters act in those shows and that they are treated like pets to otaku, because of their endearment, caring behavior, but I just don't see what their point is. I seen moe shows before and the characters in those shows act similar to the characters you would seen in non moe anime. That and the people who made these comments seem to have a problem with the characters caring for each other (just like characters in other non moe shows.) and treat their behavior like fan service. It’s getting to the point where it’s getting ridiculous and it makes me feel agitated that these shows get treated that way even though they don’t deserve it.

I personally don't like characters who are so incredibly androgynous, but it's someone else's OC, so it's all good in the hood.

Thanks for the link. I read up on it and it makes sense. If using the given definition, it seems that many people misuse the term moe. Including in the anime K-ON, where the main catchphrase is,"Moe moe Kyuun!"

About your opinion, I can't help but agree.
Once something is labeled as moe, I tend to lose interest in it. Exactly, the attention it receives because it's 'moe' just bothers me.
