Excellent. It takes me usually 3-4 goes to get the head vaguely right - I think it's the beak/head proportions and the flat head. Plus ravens look kind of sinister, don't they? I have only once drawn a raven I was really proud of.

You are good at birds.
My biggest push to people when they draw them is to remember the jaw does not end at the beak, they still have ajaw bone.This reference you did shows that well.
I may link a few people to this in the future when they need bird help.
