Still, while you did give them a little more pop, I still gotta say those are still the bluest eyes I've ever seen on a cat. Β It's so cool! Β They definitely give him more personality, if that isn't too strange to say, since cats are full of personality. Β

Yeah I guess he does have pretty vivid eyes! We're pretty sure he's part siamese, so I think that's where he gets it.
I actually have another blue-eyed siamese mix too: scontent-a-lax.xx.fbcdn.net/hp⦠Hers are a bit paler though.

Haha! That picture is equally hilarious and cute! I gotta say that both of your cats must make great photo and (with this picture) character reference for you. I'm really glad I followed Claire / shoomlah's link to you, and got to see your artwork all the while learning about feline eye color! Keep up the great work and funning it up with your cats!

We miss art, but I understand very well how work can take away the extra energy.
Great pic, so cute kitty.

Thank you!
And yup, he is. I have a special place in my heart for crazy pets (especially considering my pomeranian).

Thank you very much!
Hmm, what sort of poses do you think would be useful? I admit I'm actually quite terrible at thinking up poses (and have used my fair share of stock while drawing).

Well what I like to see because I do a LOT of manips that involve unusual body features like extra limbs and such, would be things like, trying to keep your body as still as possible, with different arm postures, then different leg moves, etc. Anything from sitting in a chair, standing, pretending to fight, etc - though I have been working on a four armed girl I found that's just an adorable natural pose looking around with her hair in the wind.
Stuff with both close-cut clothing, and like, drapes - a lot of people need to use references for shadow and rippled materials.
Anyway, just my suggestion - I suspect it'd be fun to put a few extra arms or ... >_> make you into a cat-taur with your cat lol...
