Yep
though you can always pick color if you want to color something that you want to stick with original colors. Just save the original picture then open it too on the program you use, and to copy the color, just point the cursor in the piece of cloth you want to copy the color of, and press Alt + left click.
I mean it in general, it's what I do(ssshhh!) xD
