It doesn't look that bad. Try to shade the legs, and make his right leg a bit darker so it looks more like it's behind his left leg. And you forgot the thing on his glasses that you place behind the ears (dunno what it's called) and he has a little accessory on it too xD (I actually see a couple of things that you forgot: so here's a reference if you don't have one: [link] ) xD
