I had some troubles with his mouth. I can't draw hair and his jacket is actually awful.

thanks to you I realized, that my reference photo had dissapeared, after my computer had been repaired
He had no piercing at that photoshoot, but it was easy to see the little prick under his lip.
It's the photo from calendar made for Rock Sound magazine for 2008.

I'll tell you how does it look like in my case:
I collect different photos on my PC, but I've found that I simply CAN'T draw anything basic on small or poor-quality photo. Then I sit in front of the computer screen, push aside everything from the desk and spend four hours looking at the photo and drawing
I tried to draw something from printed pic but my printer would die sooner than later and I couldn't see details as clear as on the screen.

I kinda have to spend hours on front of the screen.Printed pictures are not such a good idea, coz they have too much ink and they get a little darker than the usual.

you did wonderful with the lips, I can never get his lips right. and it looks like him.. when i draw him it sort of looks like him, but doesn't. gerard is more easier to draw.

no, i think gerard is quite tricky to draw, especially when i choose a photo with him looking weird or something.
but, honestly, i had some troubles with his mouth, i really wanted them to go at right angle;]

This is amazing! I loved it. I don't really see much wrong with the face at all, to say the truth. You definitly know it's Frank when you look at it. The leather was done quite well too, but maybe try adding a bit more contrast? I really don't know how to crit it, it's very very good. I had issues with the leather too when I drew the jacket in another photo, so you're not alone lol.

yeah...lether is difficult, and the only ritic i could bring would be that his eyebrow is a lttle too short.(frank has pretty long eyebrows, a feature that you can't miss when you look at him
