Description
Either General Xaviax got revived by Another White Phantom or the Time Crisis help him cheat death from Kamen Rider Dragon Knight's and the Ventura Riders' link vent. General Xaviax is with the group including Violentta and Miko to rewrite the history of the Earth Riders. He use the ridewatch "Another Onyx". Unlike Kamen Rider Onyx, He use mirror counter to return his enemies' attack back to them.In his final stand as he is about to destroy the Time Riders, MASK Rider Legacy use his power up ridewatch Dio to predict his moves and end him.

My idea of a localized Kamen Rider keeps the name "Kamen Rider" and many of the Riders names (except Dragon Knight and those whose names can be translated well).
