Rayla is one of religious group known as Agito Tribe. In ancient time, Agito Tribe is the support group for the Kuuga Tribe fighting the Gorgoncon which later known as the Unknown Life Threat Invader in the present. However, Agito Tribe were hunted by the Anthro angels which later known as the Anitvo(Anti-Evolution) before the present time. Rayla maybe the last of her tribe until the new generation rise as the EVOlution Riders.

Rayla has traveled from Egypt to help Rocky Chan the MASK Rider Alter. She is guiding Rocky how to use the power of MASK Rider Alter or Kuuga Tribe. While she is helping Rocky, she is living in his place called "My Lucky Stars" antique shop which is run by Rocky's uncle Phil. She has knowledge of cultural items and sells antique to customers that easily convince Uncle Phil hiring her. Uncle Phil made her wear China dress as clerk uniform for a reason.
