Why Yellow?
It would be weird if all those alleyways were totally black. (well, in your case you would love it, but after a time you get depressed from it thou...)
Yellow makes the streets seems more happy, attractive, inviting. Makes you feel hungry as well. ^^

i dunno maybe i hate it from habit of hating peaceful colours lol
nearly all my skool shirts have been yellow from different schools
and i just dont like the colour
blacks a much better colour
