Description
This is Sugar the snow fairy from the anime series. It's done with Copic Markers and Copic Multiliners and touched up a bit with photoshop.I did this one a while ago... about the same time as when I did my Sakura Drawing.
I know some of the picture could have been shaded in more, but I didnt have very many copic markers at the time. So I was kinda stuck.
