Summoner Battle UnderSuit

This is a mandatory attire for Summoners who are to be on fieldwork, especially if encounters with the Corrupted is inevitable. The suit is to be worn directly over the skin, and provides some protection against heat and cold. It is made of Kevlar-like material, similar to those found in bullet-proof vests. It is very light, flexible and breathable, to enable Summoners to go about their duties as if they were not wearing the suit in the first place. However, it is not an absolute defence and provides only some degree of protection, unlike the specialized armours that Guardians possess. Injuries can be sustained if suit is subjected to extensive wear and tear, or strong attacks. There are no other special features, aside from it being for protection only.

The standard suits are as shown, and no alterations can be made; except for lines patterns that are coloured green (males) and blue (females). The colour of the line patterns is up to you, but only use ONE COLOUR. The suits will fit over your character perfectly, so, it fits over the character's body frame. The above body types is just a guide.

PS, ~Akari-Hikari if there's any info that you'll like me to alter and all, please do tell, thanks!

A few questions about this:

1--This is only in fieldwork, not at AIF. So does that mean that it needs to be covered so that the average person cannot see it? (Just because I think people would be suspicious if there were suddenly a lot of people around AIF walking around in battle suits.)

2--If it doesn't have to be covered, is it allowed to be covered? Or are they supposed to wear this only (and shoes)?

3--I agree that the head seems a little exposed. Perhaps a Kevlar hood of some sort? That way they can have the head uncovered when not in battle, but if they're attacked they can quickly pull the hood upwards for some protection.

I'm sorry about all the questions...I just want to make sure that my artwork with this is accurate. Thank you!

A hood would be useless. In real life, head/face kevlar protection takes the form of ballistic masks and helmets, not hoods.

Yeah, sorry about that. I was just trying to think of something that could pop up quickly.

*1. Also, these undersuits wont be necessary in the AIF since there's a Anti-Corrupted Shield System around the compound. I think Tia will be updating the journals about it, so stay tune!

After discussions with the rest of the mods, here's what I have:

1. Yes, this is mainly for fieldwork, so we don't expect anyone to be walking in the facility hallways with it. Remember, the facility caters for normal, non-summoners so that AIF is less 'suspicious' to whatever spying government. So your guard is up even in the school compound, but there's obviously secret parts of AIF that can only be accessed to Summoners/Guardians. You can wear the suits there. But again, it's not suppose to be worn under the uniform, so they will be suitless if randomly attack, but will have the suit on if planning to attack/do fieldwork (usually out of the eyes of normal people).

2. We'll get back to you on this

3. A Kevlar hood will be ineffective since the hood does absorb the bullet but it will retain the momentum, thus getting hit in the head even with the hood. Kevlar won't help much if it's too thin. Perhaps helmets would be better but as of now, only undersuits are provided

And lol, no worries!

I would think a helmet would be best to protect the head and not a mesh. But I am with XieRH, There should be something for the head.

Looks good! Just one question...

Why is the "More like this" menu showing nothing but My Little Pony fan-art?
