Okay, I just modified on pixel. Now, he doesn't look sinister or angry. I think it looks better. YOU may NOT notice the difference, but I do. It was bugging me before.
Okay, this one was really, REALLY easy! He's a Vocaloid who's made to resemble a teacher. He's an interesting one. He's reminds me a bit of Gackupo with his voice.
