I used MS Paint. The only time I used Photoshop was to make the background transparent. I also took a picture that was used online of Yowane Haku based off of Miku's Pose and ripped the colors from that picture to use on the sprite. :]

Like I said, I used MS Paint, and then Photoshop for transparency. I'm failing to understand what you're asking. I made this sprite using MS Paint.

Aw, I appreciate that!
But other than that, it's not that hard for me. All I do is take the Pokemon Sprites that are already made for the games and manipulate them.
I would love to do commissions, but unfortunently, it would be the same as tracing, seeing how I did not come up with the original design, so, it would be illegal to take any money or profit off of the sprites.
But I appreciate your interests. =3
