Great looking lower! looking into my first AR in the new year, was buying a new carry pistol but the election outcome compels me to get an EBR (evil black rifle)...is this one in .223/5.56?

No, it doesn't. It says that on the lower, because you can put an upper on that shoots a higher caliber.
