Description My entry for the Concept World bi weekly challenge, theme : New Beggining.

I thought about this theme a fair bit and realised the vast number of options there were, but ended up going for a man emerging from underground into a ruined city, raising his arms and appreciating the fresh air on his face. Post apocalypse themes are often pretty gritty and depressing but I tried to show a ruined city in a different light, hence the link to the theme.

Thank you I guess so, I just kinda mashed a load of stuff together, custom brushes, textures pictures then painted over them. I like to think of it as painting but youre description sounds more accurate
