I'm a huge fan of your work but I have a critique for this one. The third panel is split by a margin. This is distracting, I assume you wanted to emphasize the exhaled smoke? You could zoom close up to her lips and the smoke in the bottom panel so it doesn't look like a cut single frame and more like 2 frames.

Looks more like Shaw to me.

Looks like a more improved version of that place where Shaw and Edsa meet (the one with Shangri-la Mall/Hotel).
But there is also a similarity to that place in Manila (I forgot the specific place).
