ooooweeeeeeeeeeee! . This is for Cheeks portfolio workshop Lesson 8. 1 more to go and we are all going back to our normal cheekless life
*sob* .So here's Nekoneko and Tex just looking for trouble. Tex is not amused, he is like that. Nekoneko is the mischievous of the two, but nonetheless they are best buds. Nekoneko even dyed his hair to look like Tex's.
I hope I go somewhere with the Kosmos Raiders thing I have in mind. I developed this thing even further thanks to Sean's class.

Wow, i just saw the concepts for these guys earlier. Really loving the colors you chose for them. The goofy expressions/positions really sell this for me. The background defiantly makes the statement that the Jetsons where doing it all wrong.

Awesome work ! Now that the class is over do you feel like you've grown artistically ?As apposed to doing it on you're own . It sounds like it was a very cool experience . And would you suggest it to other people ?

Hey man, we are still on lesson 9, the last one, in this lesson sean helps us put up a killer portfolio and explains what should we do if we are to submit one to a company.
Anyways, I THINK I did grow artistically (you can check my gallery and see, it is sometimes hard for one to tell a difference about your own work), I mean it made me rethink the way I draw, it pushed me to the limits in some way, the course made me realize that if I had continue this way it would have taken lots of time and research on my part for me to reach the place I am now. There are amazing artists who had made it big time by themselves, but me ? I needed this push, I really did. It wasn't just a cool experience, it was the best experience, being schooled by one of the best in the industry was like a dream come true for me. I would definitely suggest it to other people, because as an artist one never stop learning, but don't expect this course to help you if you don't help yourself grow and learn.
And on top of that Sean is an amazing guy, very insightful when critiquing and all around awesome class. If you are planning on taking it, don't think about it, just go for it.

no tengo muy buenas crΓticas para este, es una imagen muy dinΓ‘mica pero eso no se explotΓ³, habrΓa sido bueno utilizar poses y perspectivas mΓ‘s exageradas y siluetas claras, por ejemplo el gatito si le hacemos una silueta no se va a distinguir muy bien lo que es.
Y te hago esas crΓticas por que de tu talento ni hablar!! cada vez mejor, ademΓ‘s excelente ese humo..

hehe si mae tenes razon, la vara es que el profe cheeks hizo un sketch parecido por que el que entregue no estaba tan bien, y de ese sketch me base para hacer este, haha. Pero si no debi ponerle la mano en la jupa al gato.
