Drawing for summer art trade. I was asked to draw a Ninetales and Houndoom pic with the theme of Strawberry Avalanche by Owl City for . Hope you like it!
Woot no lineart~!
Unfortunately that happy fact is overwhelmed by the negative parts of this drawing. >_< I originally meant this to be a quick drawing, but it came out to be more than that, and I didn't do enough planning for this, so it came out all sloppy. You might also notice the light source is really weird, and the bg seems to be more noticeable than the characters. >__> Sigh...still have lots of work to do with digital painting. :[Oh yea, I know the anatomy's horrendous; if you're a canine expert go ahead and berate me. >_<

I have a red gyarados bubble blower from I don't know when. But apart from that I didn't really know about pokemon until 2007 when my step brother bought my Pearl for my birthday

First time I saw one of those was on colloseum (gamecube) and was and is my favourite pokemon on there! It never seems to die too so it's remained on my team forever
When I got soulsilver I thought I'd change it up a bit though and got a Cyndaquil.

how do you make it? with some paint brushes before improve with Photoshop?

Thank you! ^^ I used Paint Tool SAI and painted with the brush and marker tools then I took it to Photoshop for some retouching (color alterations, added a "glow," added textures).
