Hmmm...I wonder just what they've been doing.
I really like this one. I like it a lot better than the first version, especially the colors. The only thing a bit off about it is Vincent's ear; it should've been more to the right and a little higher up. Other than that, I love it. : )

Although this one has (to me) less appealing colors, it does have a bit more emotional tone like this. Could maybe use a bit more of warm/white glow to push that even further, working on the idea that this has been "long awaited" and is like a dream...

Yar. I don't deal with them, but I think the best way to do those is a thin dark outline, with a white line a bit inside the line where it's roundest. Maybe. :goes off to experiment too...:
