Semi-request, based on a conversation I had with someone.You know what kind of fangirls I'm talking about.
-They hate all female characters in the series
-Pair together every man from every series with another man
-Turn all their OC's into yaoi pairings
-Say stuff like "WELL, IF THERE AREN'T TWO BOYS FUCKING IN IT, IT'S NO GOOD."
-Think they're a gay rights activist just because they drew two boys kissing, assume that yaoi accurately portrays real gay relationships etc. etc.

....Haa....well, I'll be guilty of that one for this account. 
Apart from that, I agree with this completely. I'm fine with yaoi fanart (as long as the pairing actually makes a lick of sense), but when it comes to the fics, I've seen far more disturbing fics than ones that actually appeal to me. =/

And let's not forget the ones who absolutely hate having any true plot or context to a story, wanting instead to get straight to the fucking, and the ones who are only interested in complete non-consensual smut ( ESPECIALLY with characters that are 10-15 years apart :] )

Auuugh the non consensual smut is probably what I hate the most about the yaoi fandom. BECAUSE RAPE IS TOTALLY SEXY GAIZ. It makes me want to claw my eyes out. It's like actually having feelings and having sex because you love each other is lame and doesn't make for a good story.
Of course theres the idea of one night stands and stuff... which are consensual but don't have any sort of feelings behind them. But for the sake of argument let's just say the people are planning on having a relationship. OTL

I am not a crazy yaoi fangirl..
I just don't like many Female characters to begin with..I like male characters more..gay guy or not..
yes all my oc's are gay (and some of my rare straight ones I do have them gay at times outside of their own story..)..but thats cause I feel like having them gay..but its not for the sake of being a yaoi fan..I do it cause I want too..and I don't have my gay males hitting on every single other male in my stories either. (but of course there may be a character like that since..well..irl some men just love searching and enjoying many eyecandy)
and I do like yaoi/gay guys..I won't shun out an Anime because it has none..it just has to be good..I loved Midori Days..that didn't have gay men in it at all etc..
and I do support Gay rights..for men and women..i believe they should love whoever they want..but its not cause I like yaoi..and I am not saying I am an activist..that and the small place I live in doesn't really have anything but I do get what you mean..The one that scream and shout and over squeal to where your ears bleed are bad D: if I like a pairing I just smile and say "awww how cute" but I don't bust anyones ears D:
