This might seem like a weird question, but I went through your other bubble pics the other day, and I was wondering, do you intend to use this cute fox for anything besides fanservice? I don't mean to sound impolite, but you look like most of your bubble pics are for the sake of fanservice, and while that's ok, I think it would be a lot cooler if this character had full development. But a lot of fanservice based characters unfortunately only get used for fanservice and don't really get to be developed beyond that... Sorry if this is a bit of a mean or weird question, it's just a thought I had.

Well so far I've just used my characters to use for fan service, but I REALLY want foxy to have a back story, sadly I haven't been able to have the time to create it yet. I do have hear starting off as an orphan that when she came across a stick of gum gave her joy..thus later on made her this cute joyful fox, but still facing the challenges of life

Yay! Well to start, her origin story is her being at this orphanage. There is an older male fox that looks out for her (later on become lovers). He gets a hold of gum and teaches her about gum blowing, making her blow theses fantastic size bubbles, that makes everyone smile.

Oh, or maybe since you know so much about it, perhaps give her an interest in cosplay? ^w^ I can imagine a cute plotline about her helping someone else make their own cosplay outfit. Maybe she and the man she loves can cosplay as a pair they ship or something? XD

If you want to keep the gum theme going, perhaps give her an interest in something she can do while she blows gum bubbles, like video games, playing cards, riding horses, writing, or reading. ^w^

These are two things I find about making a character interesting, but are sometimes a little bit difficult. It might be a bit early to talk about these, but keep these in mind...
1. If they are a fanservice-heavy character, are they still interesting if you take away the fanservice/fetish material?
2. If they are in love with someone, are they still interesting if you take away the lover?
Basically, she has to "stand on her own," if that makes sense.
