I for one go Kip. It's strange, but everyone believes that Kip is more feminine Oo; We can tell Pokemon genders by repetitive words!! That video was so repetitive it made my ears bleed 
As for the drawing... I love the Mudkips, they're so cute and by their expressions they look as they do in the cartoon, completely innocent from everything around them, especially the one on the left. They seem to be having some kind of conversation haha. I also like the colouring style you've used, a lot better than the standard Pokemon one that a lot of people tend to do. It gives it a more wishy-washy look to it.
One thing I would critique is the rock they are sitting on. It seems too plain, with not enough grit to show it is a real rock. But other than that I think it's an adorable picture
