I can't really remember most of them, kinda of a fail when your characters are a farmer and a field medic XD.

In my case, the mudkip is a "farmer" and the treecko is a field medic with herbs and berries as his specialty.
I haven't used bubapedia all that much, then again i haven't looked up berries all that much.
