My favourite is Dirk, then Jake, then John~ I like Sollux too though, he is my 2nd favourite troll after Karkat.
Not sure if you read my description but this is a few years old by now and I'm not going to continue working on it since I'm more in a DirkJake mood for a long while by now.XD Not sure if you like the pairing but my current comic I'm still working on is A Second Chance (despite Β the last update being the end of October so it has been a while... I'm working on a side project which is kind of related to that comic so don't have time to work on the comic itself. Can't wait to get back on track with it since I'm getting to the exciting parts now).

It's too bad you stopped making it. I read the writing version of it and I think it's stopped as well,which is a shame because I enjoyed it. 
I don't draw but I do write, so I may write something about Homestuck in the future. For right now I'll stick to writing randomly.

The written version actually isn't stopped, just not all chapters are interlinked and Tien13 uploads with huge time gaps. So maybe you should look at the gallery to find the rest of the chapters..XD In case you want to read them.
Oh so you aren't up to date with homestuck I guess? Dirk Strider is the young version of bro and Jake English the young version of Grandpa Harley. They are from the alpha session after the scratch was caused.

Yeah as Kevin said, the fic version of this story is indeed still updating, just very slowly. I'm up to chapter twelve in my gallery.
I'm juggling a lot of projects, so keeping track of them all has been a bit of a trouble for me.
However, I am very glad that you gave the comic a read, as well as the fic!

That...and I haven't read Homestuck in a good long while, so I'm very rusty with everyone's voices. So when I finish a re-read and some of my other fandom projects I'll be back to the Homestuck fics.

I can't write fanfictions, I'm worried I'll make them act too out of character, and I know a lot of people complain about that. So I admire your ability to do that.

Aww, I wouldn't sell yourself short.
Some easy tips are just to read the characters you want to write and how they talk to other characters, and then read their wiki bios and stuff.
And you can always write and never post until you feel you're ready.
A lot of my chapters go through revisions.
Fanfiction can be a great way to get into imitating a particular voice or string of characters. You can use that knowledge to adapt a style of your own.
If you have any writing questions, even for original work, feel free to send me a note on DA and I can see if I can give you some tips or stuff for you.
