From my upcoming comic project, the prequel/overarching-thing/sequel to Professionalism, Awkward Ponies... it's the RED Intel team's Pyro, Molly. The reason her hair is so short and oddly styled is because she cut it really short prior to joining up with RED, and it's just starting to grow out. It's not stylish or fashionable for the time period... but that's entirely the point.Molly is also a candy coated ray of sunshine on Prozac. Which becomes more obvious after she lets people know that yes, she's a girl.
Molly, Awkward Ponies, and Professionalism are mine. Pyros/TF2 belong to Valve.
