I think the idea is lovely. I definitely have a sweet tooth, so I adore things like that. I think overall more shading could have been done to make it look more 3 dimensional!

I agree about the rainbow. I think it looks great! I like how part of the rainbow and the background elements seem to be dripping. It almost helps to emphasize the Popsicles in the middle.
