Although, you have a point there. If the owner wants the user to remove her art off of her dA page, she needs to PM her first and tell her to remove her art off of her submissions, but not all people speak English so I'm not sure if she's speaks English or not.

Doesn't work that way. Even if the owner/creator of an artwork is not aware that we're using his/her art, we are not allowed to use it. The site policy is to get proof of permission before using an image from an outside source. It's "Get Permission Before Using", not "Use First, Get Permission Later". Have a read of the site FAQ's:
FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?
FAQ #8: What are violations of the deviantART copyright policy?
FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?
FAQ #304: Do you remove copies and trace-over art?
FAQ #257: What sort of permission do I need to use someone else's work?
FAQ #193: How do I prove that I had permission to use someone's work?

It's no problem at all. I work in the photography industry and I know how touchy photographers and models can get over their works-- that's why I've been trying to explain why getting permission is so important.

Because those people find it hard to accept that their friend really is doing something wrong. Instead of admitting it, they would rather shift the blame to you (you were one of the first to speak out, which makes you the most convenient target).

ok, maybe i might give ya a chance, ya unblocked since i think ya are the only one who actually calmed me down, dunno how that happened but ya didn't call me a retard, insulted my artwork over my attitude and frankly ya didn't underestimate my knowledge. Look, i've stopped using screenshots and all my photomanips have been taken down and moved to photobucket just like you told me to.
I do original art and writings now, and the park and beach stock images ARE my own - i took them myself with a digital camera.

I mean that they are screenshots of things that WERE IN YOUR GALLERY. The screenshots were taken on a Mac-- MY Mac computer, which I was using to view YOUR GALLERY. I took those screenshots to show what was in your gallery, so that the images would still be visible even after you deleted them from dA.

I took them down like you told me too and that includes the stock images that aren't mine, i do have my original art though and stories.
Unfortunately now I don't have much in the way of stock now, apart from the sand footprint photos and the ones i took at the park.
