Description
This is the version of Mihoshi that you first see in Tenchi Universe, when she first emerges out of her robot...thingy. I have literally seen no one else cosplay this.I'm away the wig doesn't look as good as it should, so I'm not gonna go all 1337 on you guys.
Also I was gonna put on some blue contacts but they kept popping out that day.

No, no... Mihoshi didn't show up in the OVAs until ep. 4. I was thinking the outfit is her battle outfit, which she wears when she helps to fight Kagato in ep. 5 and 6.
