It was hard for me to understand the picture a bit.
Ray in the clouds, I could see where he was coming out, then I saw what I know see is supposed to be his tail, lol. Thought it was the rest of his body.
Your vectors are always nice, but I feel like sometimes it's incomplete...

It's not really how vectors are, but it's really my lack of drawing talent. A lot of it has to do with the backgrounds. I'm not very good with details, so often times it comes out looking incomplete.

You should try to add some more lines or something to make it more detailed. I'm not sure, experiment.
