Umm... yeah. May I introduce you to my first slash couple?Assassin's Creed II is simply fantastic. I mean, not only do you not have to cut off a finger to use the hidden blade, but you get TWO blades. Whys that?

Finally, I'm not the only person who loves this.
I adore Leonardo/Ezio because Ezio seems like that hotheaded uke, an' Leonardos the unexplainable seme, just seems like he could easily overpower him.

o.o Most of the time I can't see a strong case for slash couples. But if you read the bio in game the creators of the game are convinced that Leonardo was gay and they seem to quietly hint at a him having a crush on Ezio. Leo will put himself in harms way in order to protect him, always is super happy to see him and how glad he is that he is alive. I make it sound unconvincing, but its just the way its acted out has this sort of tension and tenderness to it. Most of the characters seem to have a stake in Ezio being alive, but are indifferent. Leo is the only one that comes across as really caring about him.
Ezio is made out to be a ladies man, but he'll often take off his hood when hes talking with Leo and its pretty much the only time he'll do so. *_* And then there is a cutscene where it prompts you to push a button and if you do they have this deep hug that just.... .__.; Well, lets just say I was hooked on the couple after it.

And you are right most of the time there is virtually NO case (I can't say for many cases because most of the time I haven't read the book/seen the movie/played the game, but yahh the times I have I'm usually just weirded out because there're no grounds whatsoever).

o_o I don't know if you played Kingdom Hearts, but that was a weird case of slash couples. In first game it seemed like the fans really had no case for their relationship then in the second game it was pretty hard to deny. >_> I'm still curious if the fact that sora/riku was more popular than sora/kairi didn't factor into the creators decisions with the second game.

No I didn't o.o All I know about those games are what I've gathered through fanart, but yeah that pairing did seem to have a strong fanbase so I suppose it's not impossible >_>
