Earth Hour is a global event organized by WWF, it's held on the last Saturday of March every year, asking households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and other electrical appliances for one hour to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change.I forgot to look at the time and started late but to make up for it I'm going to keep the power off for over an hour.

now if only we did it for an hour EVERYDAY. It wouldn't be that hard ( speaking for more of the bigger corporations and cities) but money and glamor.....

I turned off the lights for my house but I gotta admit, I almost forgot about it and had to buy take out last minute. Sadly, the rest of Toronto also forgot...apparently.
