Yay! Finally done, Jessica! XD My friend, *upload-image-here requested fanart of the Sailor Moon Villains Queen Nehelenia and Black Lady (Wicked Lady) because I wanted to make her some going-away friend art/art trade Drawing these two is such a great fanart idea! Thanks Jessica!
A few months later --- after adding on to it again and again.... I think it's finally done :3 Sorry for such a long wait! ^__^;; I make requests harder to finish, but ultimately much more fun for myself. Hehe I make all my friends wait too long for art presents... I'm sorry!! (Lazy)
And again, this art would not be possible without the wonder of Mikey THANK YOU MIKEY!!

OH! I almost forgot the description... Since both these villains make drastic decisions to go bad when they are "children," and then get the chance to revert back to children after facing Sailor Moon and the gang, I wanted to comment on the three stages they go through.
It made me a little mad that they could go back like nothing happened - you can't make changes like that in real life. But they must have been really sad as children to do what they did (hence the crying versions at either end of the art). I don't think they really cared about being villains - they just wanted to be loved. It was insecurity - being human. Yeah, they were glamourous and awesome villains with all that power (seen in the center) but what is left after you get everything you want? After you destroy everyone who opposes you?
That old lonely self, even all-powerful or forever beautiful, isn't worth anything in the end (Hence the lone portraits in lighter purple).

I know, I know... I think to much with fanart.... sorry. It makes me happy.
