My second and final entry for 's contest.The premise of this pic is how Xan doesn't even need to look at Rhythm to posess her. It shows a complete disconnection between light and dark :3
I decided to use Rhythm because she's my little tortured soul. She's always at the wrong place at the wrong time and getting effed up by stallions xD.
The black stally on the right side is Xanath, owned by Polly. I don't think, for the most part, he's violent, but I knew he could possess beings and steal souls... so this is him showing his stealing skills x_x
This came out so much shitter than I thought it was. I had this wrong elaborate idea and it all crumbled when Xan was redrawn twice... GRAW. I like Rythms expression though.

Spooky. 0.0 I think the "soul" effect is perfect, and the fact that the mare's is being pulled in Xan's direction makes it easier to understand what's going on. The whole composition is basically amazing. xD

Yup, Xan isn't all that violent but he does have the ability to do some soul-snatching, and I love the composition of this! Their poses areamazing anatomy-wise, and I love the effects of their 'souls'- it looks so fitting.
