Time: around 1-2 mins each. the model was doing random poses within that time frame.
The torso is a box.
I sat in on Werner Zimmermann's class for the entire day and just focussed on torso while his "real students" were in the corner drawing pelvis from various angles. I probably drew about 60 of these during the course of the day.
I chose the better ones out of the 60.
I've never really drawn this model before Tuesday evening's ex-life so it was nice drawing someone new. I liked his poses too, and his body type allows one to really see the underlying skeleton and muscles. I have other drawings of this model but will be posting them later. I still have not photographed them.
These were originally done on 45cmx60cm newsprint and photographed, cut, pasted, assembled and cloned the edges (well at least tried to smooth them out a little) in photoshop...
I will be doing more studies of various parts of the figure this year.

It was... it was a joke. A very bad joke. You see, if I switched "ruin" and "God" around, I'd be lying, so to mislead the reader... uhh... Yeah, see, it's not a good joke if I have to explain it.

You know, it's really refreshing to have someone new model from wich to draw! We have the same model almost always and it starts to feel boring. Luckily last time we drew each other's faces. That was really fun! Try not to laugh when other is staring you all the time

Yeah it's fun drawing your friends. It's easier than trying to find random people sitting at cafes and trying to draw them because they keep moving. I'm sorry to hear you don't get a variety of models to draw from at class. What kind of art are you studying? Animation?

I've heard that if you try to draw people in cafe, they notice you and come to talk or just run away
