Clyde Marceli is an attractive mechanic in his mid-twenties. He used to have a wife, but she was killed during a protest where she was trampled to death. Her passing impacted Clyde tremendously; he felt he could never move on from his lost love. And thus, over the years he bulked up, shaping his body into what is "perfect." He attracts many women as a convoluted way to torture himself for the loss of his wife, by feeling that he has to restrain himself from ever having a true relationship with a new partner.
