I love the coloring job you've done on this! "Animal Realm" is most definitely my favorite form of Pein.
And to settle the argument of whether or not this Pein is male or female, he is male; he was referred to as such twice within chapter 425 .

It looks an awful lot like Naruto's mother to me... we never did figure out where she went to. Everyone just assumed she died.

I heard that it's either Rin or that it's actually supposed to be Anko. The way I see it, is it is either Rin, Kushina, Konan, or Anko. I'm still not sure how it could possibly be Anko, but I hear that she is a choice.

I highly believe that the new body is Konan.
In the manga, Pein says "Get ready, Konan" in the panel next to this picture. I think he turned Konan into one of the Pein bodies.

I don't think so in my opinion. If you look back at the other Pein bodies (the way they were before). They look awefully similar to the bodies with piercings
Pein merely said "Konan, Get ready to move out" and then his other bodies came out with the new one.

That's unproven at the moment. I agree Nagato is likely the original, but whereas Yahiko's body looks just like it did in the flashback, this one doesn't really resemble Nagato. This body is noticably smaller and less bulky than the other 5, hinting it's a female, and the hair is the wrong colour and the wrong style. Nagato's hair was dark and fell to one side, covering one eye. I think this is just another body to replace the one lost. It has been hinted before that Pain has the ability to take over people's bodies.

but to do that you would need the original to take over bodies and you make a good point but assumptions of weather this new pein is female or not it just plain ridiculous and you have to think a lot of the guys look like girls.

Well yes, I suspect the original (who would still be elsewhere) either just took over this new body, or already had it waiting as backup. This would explain why Pain seems so confident now. After the fight with Jiraiya, Pain admitted that if his true identity had been known, he would have lost. Now, however, he's attacking an entire village that he knows has at least a hint as to his true identity, and he doesn't seem fazed at all. If his real body is back in Amegakure, and he can't be killed unless the real one dies, that would explain it.
We can't really tell for sure what gender the new body is yet, until we get a better look at it's figure, which the cloak largely hides, or someone refers to it as male or female.

have you seen itachi's eyes he has eyes a lot like that and the hair means nothing, you can assume things if you like but unless the creator comes and goes "this is a female/male pein" we wont know
