Her name's not actually lily (idk what it is), that's just the name I gave the piece But the woman is holding a book with a caterpillar emblem.

I thought it was a book, but I wasn't sure.  Think it's because the caterpillar is nearly the same color as her wooden leg.  Which made me think it could be a wooden box.

Whatever's inside that book (or box, from my perspective) has caused the character to find deep, inner peace.  Holding her treasure against her stomach, and daydreaming off into a land where everything is right.  Floating atop water is like she feels at ease, while laying on a lily pad describes her lightness.  As in, she now feels light having weight being taken off her shoulders.
