I'm so creative with my names you don't even know!

Anyway this has been a wip for so long ;u; I drew it maybe a month or two ago and then put it aside for some time cause I hated how I was coloring it. So a few months later when my coloring was a bit better I finished it but now I can never draw like that again.

Personality: Clingy (especially to Chiyoko), a bit immature and childish still. When he gets embarrassed he hides his face in the cubone skull.
Other: As Chiyoko would say, hes a bit fragile and can't stand pain. Also he has wings, but they aren't good for much and are pretty much just for show.
Relationships:
Chiyoko-Adopted "older sister/mommy" *sobs* What a weeny.
