first art drawn on my new tablet!! with Kira as the guinea pig bc I should really draw her more, especially considering she's my "main" lol. I did this on Christmas but figured it'd be a nice simple first upload for the new year. I'm still trying to get the hang of the rougher surface on this intuos pro before I use it for commishes, so I'll probs do a couple more sketches like this inbetween using my old tablet for commishes.. (deciding who of my OCs to draw is another story tho otl, any suggestions??)
also jfc i'm so glad this new tablet works on my new laptop, no more 2 hours spent doing color fixes between my old lappie, my new, and my phone hahahaaa *dying whale noises*

Oof, when I first saw this, I was in a mind numbing mood and, well, idky but looking at this filled me with so much emotion???
It was just so soft and beautiful and the expression on her face as she looks towards the screen is so--*flails around miserably with my arms tryin to get an impossible point across*
Idk, mayb this isn't all that, and I'm just unknowingly exaggerating bc I saw this in a low point in my mood, yet I still can't help but simply adore this...
The sketchiness of it only helps to push the feeling across, almost like she's outside and it's really breezy but there's just enough warm light for the artwork not to be completely cold? Idk, I really don't but looking at this to this day gives me such a feeling of healing... not to mention I can't stop hearing the song "Can you paint with the colors of the wind?~" In the background whenever I look at it which really doesn't help n making my point any less believable and-ughghghghghghh I'll shush it and just stare at it for another hour now if you'll excuse me >3>
