i know this is a late response, but usually cats are named after a specific pelt color/feature for a prefix- explaining the gray- prefix- and sometimes a stronger sense for their suffix. Ex; hearing, sight. in many warriors name dictionaries, the meaning behind the 'nose suffix is either:
A: unique nose pattern/color. Ex; pink nose with black spots.
B: good/great sense of smell.
