Hello:This is a pic of the 3d model I've made of the Invid Ligaa class Fighter. The model was made as low-poly as I could without ruining it so it can be used in big numbers on several games (specially Star Trek: Armada2). I plan to make the Invid a playable race in that game

De nada, la primera ves que vi Robotech, fue en el Superchanel, que era un canal inglés, en ese tiempo apenas hablaba ingles así que casi lo único que entendía era el nombre "Ming Mai" después con el tiempo ya había aprendido el idioma y compre la serie en dvd

Yo tuve la suerte de que la dieran doblada al español aqui, cuando la televisión chilena aun era buena (porque ahora es un asco XD ).

If the Invid is your enemy, unless your ship has some serious anti-fighter punch, you should just run away since these guys attack in numbers, hehehe. But I do like how they are different from human factions of any franchise.

Both are good. I kind of like this one. But then again the other does show off more of the different angles of what you are presenting. So, I guess it's a toss up.

Ok, I'll toss up an Invid mecha and decide the format depending how the poor guy falls into the floor 
By the way, it is interesting that the Robotech Expeditionary Force (REF) is winning my poll so far.

Can I ask why you imagined the REF would win? is Robotech more popular than I anticipated?

Robotech has always been a popular subject. I have noticed that if it involves big robots, it's a winner. I love Voltron. That's a good example. And yes, I do enjoy your work. You style is different than mine but that is what it makes it unique. And that is why I like it. Keep up the good work my friend!

Well, I grew up with Robotech, even the SDF-1 was one of the reason that made me start making 3d models
As for big robots, I do remember Voltron too, but I was thinking that, at some point, I could try some models inspired by Gundam.

There are Gundam mods, like the one for Homeworld2 .
I know I can make the ships, I like the Universal Century designs, but the robots are always hard to make them look good at low-polygons, hehehe. But I guess I could make esceptions for Gundams since their uniqueness?

I was thinking, to make not many angles, but I could fit bout two mecha designs in one file. For example, to show the Invid Trooper (bigger, stronger but much slower than the Fighter shown here) and the Shock Trooper, which is a Trooper but with dual plasma cannons, very awesome design I always liked
