I'm actually a little surprised I haven't seen a Ice Age/Flintstones crossover already. Just a pen and ink sketch. I may color it later.

I know. It's hard to see everyone in this. I couldn't figure out how to distinguish these guys in B&W. Yes I do intent to color it.

Yeah, tricky. I'd probably try to do some kind of value composition (i.e. break it down into 3-5 zones of values, kinda like this ), probably with Manny being basically coloured in darkly so the rest stand out, perhaps with some windmill principle thrown in for good measure. But with line I guess this sort of thing is difficult.

Oh yeah, his blog is amazing. Please tell me you've also got his 'Imaginative Realism' and 'Color and Light'? Because if you haven't, you're missing out! Color and Light is one of my favourite art instruction books ever. Last time I checked they're pretty cheap given the quality of information and prints (large high quality prints are reproduced as examples of the concepts
