Okay. So I'm wierd. I have made a fan character for my own series. I had so much fun talking with you guys about the possibility of Rover having a sister that I just had to give her design a shot. (this is another page from my sketch book)I still haven't the foggiest about where she fits in the HHH universe or of her story....as she doesn't really have one (as of right now she is not an official HHH character). But I can tell you she is one passionate gal. I figure she would be something like a major animal rights activist or a freedom fighter or perhaps a supporter of a rescue opparation. She has an opinion on everything and is very vocal about all of them.
She loves animals and some people. Although she's pretty friendly with most people, unless she REALLY disagrees with them, it isn't easy to earn her trust. She has lots of aquaintances but only a few close friends. Be her friend and she will protect you with her life, get on her bad side and she WILL take you down.

Aww, you're not weird! I actually saw a writing tip on Pinterest the other day that said, if you were stuck/bored/etc., to write "fanfiction for your own story" (i.e. pick out a little-explored place in your world and make a short story there, or make up a new character unrelated to the main story, as you've done here).
She definitely looks like a spunky gal! And has an even bigger crown of hair than her long-lost brother, I see! How old is she here? The color sketch looks just a smidgeon younger than the top/first face, to me, for some reason.

They can actually have curly hair. It's not terribly common but they do have it. Flyspur's youngest nephew actually has pretty curly hair.

,she was super fun to design! I'm thinking of actually making her an alternate universe version of Rover. Like in that timeline he was born a girl. And she goes through much of the same events he did with a few differences here and there.

In an alternate universe... Rover's family remained together, tragedy averted. To Rover's delight, one day he becomes a big brother himself and brings his little sister on many (mis)adventures.
She looks like she could take on the big boys.

How can she be a fan character if you are the author of your own work? I thought that term is used when a fan creates a character for a canon series

Thank you much! I had a lot of fun with her hair. I think the big thing is drawing hair by locks and not by strands and shading each curl. But that does take a long time.
Heh. Its thwt she isn't actually a character in the story. Techichally she doesn't exist. I just wanted to design a sister for Rover. Thought it would be fun to combined Tom and Abigail's features into a girl.

I haven't decided. But I'm thinking maybe younger...perhaps left with close family during the whole accident. Or perhaps on the ship with Rover but somehow surviving as well.

Yeah, she's a feisty thing like her mom. Oh, it was a lot of fun! I don't draw girls that often so I don't really get a chance to do long hair much. But this was pretty cool.

I think it's because there are more well-rounded, fun guy characters in the entertainment industry than girls. And so I have had more fun drawing guys.
I'm not sure if we will see more of her. Maybe. But probably not much...since she really isn't part of the story. But I LOVE hearing people's specualtions! It would certainly be cool to know what would happen if she met her brother and his friends.

And well, seeing she's kind of intense, that may throw both Rover and Flyspur into a loop since they're both rather easy-goin' guys in their own ways. xD Rover might get used to it, but for Flyspur it may take longer.
I think she would be excited to meet her brother, but I don't know if she's that trusting of a person or if she would even remember Rover. Rover's cowboy mannerisms and clothing may or may not confuse her as well. xD Or she probably likes that stuff. Oh, and she seems she would be a little bossy too. I can imagine it now. xD

Someone just suggested that maybe since she isn't 'cannon' she is from an alternate university. And I thought. WHOA! Brilliant. Then I thought...what if she was actually Rover in an alternate universe. In that timeline Tom and Abigail had a girl instead of a boy. And there it was her who escaped the explosion and was found by the Jssfloon. But unlike Rover she wasn't as badly hurt in the crash and retained her memory.

She is quite the spitfire! She's a good girl but she is intense when she thinks something is not right or unfair.

Yeah, I noticed her nose! Her eyebrows are also thick like his, which I appreciate because I also have thicker eyebrows than normal.
She seems so cool. Friendly and kind, sure, but passionate and driven, too!

Freedom fighter would make sense, though I think all that mess of hair would get in the way. (Maybe instead of animal rights activist, she's an alien rights activist?) I hope she's the youngest for the boys' sake. She'd certainly make a bossy older sister.

This particular version I think would be more likely to be the head of a picket rally or tie herself to a tree and maybe slugging the occasional snooty politician than get into any actual battles. Athough if it came right down to it she would do what she thought was right.

I was thinking the freedom fighter would be the option if she'd been a younger sibling who ended up living a hard life on some backward planet.
Slugging politicians sounds like something I could get behind. I could see her being the sibling with multiple wanted posters. Hey, maybe that would be a way for her to meet Rover. He finds a wanted poster for her and then decides to hunt her down.
