It took me maybe 2 or 3 years to finally make some concrete humanized designs for the MLP crew (ironically when the show is nearing it's end) but here they are.And don't worry, there are more to come. Just wanted to finish the main set.

Very nice! I'm used to seeing busty humanized Applejack and Rarity, so that's expected, but short and yet curvy Rainbow Dash is somewhat new. Lanky Fluttershy looks nice, even though she doesn't appear to be the bustiest like many artists draw her. I like that Pinkie is a bit chubby without looking like a total Amazon like AJ. As for Twilight, she looks pretty good in every way, but I wish that more artists would draw her as the tallest member of the Humane Six. She is the tallest one of them as a pony, after all. Then again, I suppose her magical growth spurt might not affect her as a human.
I'm looking forward to seeing your next humanized ponies. Will they all be girls?

I actually like the idea of flutters being tall, she was seen as a lanky pony in her teen-ish/child years (as we saw in the episode about them getting their cutie marks at the same time.)
