I like how the black flowers came out. The detail is really nice and is a nice touch, and the hair came out pretty well too!
The neck on your character looks kinda stiff and sticks out to much in my opinion, I'd suggest trying to make it more organic and natural looking. Overall, this looks pretty awesome though

I can't decide what I like the most about this. like, hair or hands or dress. Maybe dress, but that's mostly because of how complex and the ribbons and such. Very good.

I am pretty happy about how the hands turned out. They turned out like reasonably good for once. : )
I was trying to make the clothes look very dynamic.
